Cure for 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ECO-Coat FBE Black Powder PFC/5010'. Factory applied, black coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'Doc/PFC/710', revision 1, for 3 minutes at a metal temperature of @220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PROTECSOB BEC3'. Factory applied, mustard coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference '28712'. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. From December 2023 the coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘FLOGUL® 656 Bleu 5005’. Factory applied, blue coloured VOC paint. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated ‘06/04/2022’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘R-4401, E-44131, E-4413, E-4414, E-4420, E440001, E441001, E440002, E441002, E-5402, E-5403, E-5404, E540001. E541001, E540002, E540003, E541003 & E440007’. Factory applied, grey-blue coloured enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘issue 02/2016’ dated 05.10.2016. Cure for 6 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Apcoguard SF156'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component solvent-free epoxy coating. In January 2024, 'Apcoguard SF156', factory applied, red coloured, two-component solvent-free epoxy coating was added to the approval. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Application Guidelines 'APPPG/SF156/001', dated 'Aug-2017'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Poly Guard-HBSFLE-FG-8248 (red)'. Red coloured, 2 component (base and hardener) epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's 'Product Data Sheet and Application Instructions TRPL' issued 'Oct 2015'. revision '02, Dt: 15th Feb-21'. Cure for 7 days at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RC851 S'. Factory applied, mustard coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference 'NT-0230-UK-081222-A', dated 08/12/22. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EBYK' Georgios Peftitselis S.A. Enamel Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'MS1555A' dated 12-10-18. Cure for 14 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01 - Black'. Factory applied, black coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04'. Cure for 30 min at 50°C plus 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CEC-GFS Enamel, Black Blue RAL5004'. Factory applied, blue/black (appears black) coloured, enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ZZ-Ins001', dated '2021.01.01'. GFS-G base glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 12 minutes at 870ºC. GFS-S surface glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 10 minutes at 830ºC. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur 35560 Light grey (10500), Light red (50900) & Cream (20320)'. Factory applied, grey, light red coloured & Cream, two-component epoxy coatings. Each colour can be used as a base or topcoat and as a two-coat system. Mix base and curing agent in a 6.8:2 volume ratio. Apply Light Grey and Light Red as per manufacturer's Application Instructions issued 'November 2019'. Apply Cream as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated 'December 2023'. Cure Coat 1 for 16 hours@20°C. Cure Coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. Between December 2022 and November 2024, the Light Grey and Light Red were for use with water up to 40°C. Between December 2024 and December 2027, Light Grey and Light Red are for use with water up to 60°C. The Cream coating was added to the approval in May 2025 and is for use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Welmortar-III'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 2:3:0.85. Apply as per manufacturer's Standard Operating Procedure 'WDIPL/QA/WI/14A', revision '0', dated '01.10.2021'. Cure for 21 days at 30°C & 70% humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Corro Coat EP-F 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated '24 September 2021'. Cure for 2.5 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pentaline 1000 Red & Pentaline 1000 Grey'. Factory applied, red and grey coloured, two component solventless epoxy coatings. Mix component A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's document number 'Chembur R&D/PI/05', issue date '03/04/2023'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. 'Pentaline 1000 Red' is for use with water up to 45°C. 'Pentaline 1000 Grey' is for use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'WB50 Black Waterborne Pipe Anticorrosive Paint'. Factory applied, black coloured polyacrylate coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '005', revision date '2021.12.12' . Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'WEP50 Black Waterborne Epoxy Pipe Anticorrosive Paint'. Factory applied, black coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '005', revision date '2021.12.12' . Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. '3011 Red Epoxy Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '004', revision date '2021.12.12' . Cure for 24 hours@23°C. ‘E1H8691 ValveClad, E1H8868 ValveClad & E2H6531’. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coatings (manufactured in UK and France). Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated January 2023. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C (metal temperature). E1H8691 ValveClad and E1H8868 ValveClad are for use with water up to 23°C. E2H6531 is for use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'5013 Blue Waterborne Pipe Anti-Corrosive Paint'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyacrylate paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/IFU '001', 'First Edition', dated '2021.12.12'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NP-TANK 500 PW'. Factory applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating. Mix Part A (white liquid) with Part B (dark amber liquid) in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. 06/22'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AMMT-029 Waterborne Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured acrylic modified resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Users 'version 2.00', updated '11/01/2021'. ‘Series 2000 – Fusion Bonded Epoxy’. Factory applied, epoxy powder coatings available in the following colours: Code 29-0008: Description RAL9005 Black Deep FBE. Code 29-0008: Description RAL5015 Blue Sky. Code 29-0008: Description RAL5005 Blue Signal. Apply as per Powder-Lak (Pty) Ltd. technical information 'Rev.2,1 Q1 - 2021'. Cure for 10 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'BFSC RIZHAO S&M&B DN 22'. Factory applied, grey coloured Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar Lining. Mix cement and sand in a weight ratio of 1:2.2. Mix this with water in a 0.46:1 weight ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '1008', dated '20221008'. Cure for 9 hours at 60°C & 95% humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SATHAVAHANA Ordinary Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.5. Apply as per work instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '1.0', effective date '01.12.2022'. Cure for 3 hours at 45°C & 90% humidity. For use with water up to 50°C. 'JHSW-8604 Pipeline Heavy Duty Anti-Corrosion Polyurethane Coating'. Factory applied, two-component, pale yellow coloured polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Information, issue date '6/1/2022'. Cure for 1 minute@25°C and then 7 days @23. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Pentaline DT-750'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘April 2010’. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. In September 2025, ‘Pentaline DT-750 Blue' was added to the approval. Factory applied, blue coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘April 2010’. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'VIMPOTABLE 34 EPOXY PAINT'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Pearlbond PUP SF2K Primer and DuraPearl HP 500 PW Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply 'Pearlbond PUP SF2K Primer’ as per Product Data Sheet '2023-02-27'. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply ‘DuraPearl HP 500 PW Coating' as per Product Data Sheet ‘210705’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'FP60 Dark Blue'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'FP60/Rev:3' October 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YHGuard8680 Primer & YHChlor6200 Topcoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), coating system comprising of an epoxy primer and polyethylene topcoat. 'YHGuard8680 Primer’ comprises of a binder and hardener to be mixed in a 30:2.5 weight ratio before being applied as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘8680 20220601’. Cure for 12 hours@25°C. Apply ‘YHChlor6200 Topcoat' as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘6200 20220601’. Cure for 5 hours hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SPL Gold Portland Slag Cement'. Grey coloured, factory applied Portland Slag cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.4:0.35 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours@27°C, 70% relative humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product information dated 'August 16,2022'. Cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
