The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90˚C. A safety kit (manifold) consisting of an approved single check valve cartridge (verified by test as suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), strainer, a pressure relief valve set at 6.0 bar and pressure reducing valve set at 3.5 bar. The space heating circuit is factory fitted with a pressure relief valve fitted rated at 3.0 bar and an automatic air vent. A tundish, expansion vessel and filling loop are also supplied. Maximum secondary (wholesome) circuit working pressure: 5.5 bar. Maximum Space heating (primary) circuit working pressure: 2.5 bar. Maximum brine/ambient circuit working pressure: 9.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C
‘Comet’ combination units consisting of a cased and insulated stainless steel unvented hot water storage cylinder. The cylinder primary circuit is fitted with an in-line electrical heater which supplies the heat source to the secondary water via a stainless-steel coil, and the heat source to the central heating circuit directly. The cylinder is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve, pre-set at 7.0 bar 90 degrees. The unit is supplied with an inlet control group containing a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar and an expansion relief set at 6.0 bar. An expansion vessel is factory fitted to both the secondary and primary circuits within and is positioned inside the casing. The primary circuit also incorporates a circulating pump and pressure relief valve which is set at 3.0 bar. Maximum secondary working pressure 5.5 Bar Maximum Primary working pressure 2.5 Bar Maximum operating temperature 65.0 °C
Range of “MEGAAIR” bubble top indirect and direct single coil unvented storage cylinders. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 10.0 bar@90˚C. A safety kit (manifold) consisting of a single check valve assembly, verified by test (suitable for backflow prevention against fluid category 2), strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 8.0 bar and a pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar and a tundish is also provided. Alternative inlet control group and temperature and pressure relief valve added January 2023. Maximum working pressure: Secondary circuit: 7.5 bar. Primary circuit: 6.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C
Centerstore ranges of Direct, Indirect, Solar Single, Solar Twin, Slim Direct and Slim Indirect stainless steel insulated unvented hot water storage cylinders with external expansion. The DHW circuit consists of a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90°C, an inlet control group consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, an expansion relief valve (SRV) set at 6.0 bar, a strainer and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) also supplied with a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures - Primary circuit 6.0 bar, Secondary circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65˚C.
