Centerstore ranges of Direct, Indirect, Solar Single, Solar Twin, Slim Direct and Slim Indirect stainless steel insulated unvented hot water storage cylinders with external expansion. The DHW circuit consists of a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90°C, an inlet control group consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, an expansion relief valve (SRV) set at 6.0 bar, a strainer and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) also supplied with a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures - Primary circuit 6.0 bar, Secondary circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65˚C.

Proviso:
All solar models must be installed in accordance with this proviso: WRAS Approval - Solar heating system components. “Compliance with the relevant requirements of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 has been assessed for this product only as a component of a heating system. If it is to be installed as part of a system using solar energy or ground- or air- source heat pumps for pre-heating water which is to be used as domestic hot water, the Water Fittings Regulations place a legal duty on the installer and user to ensure that the installation and operation of the complete system prevents contamination of domestic hot water by Legionella bacteria, which can grow in water stored at temperatures between 20°c and 45°c.

The heat pump models also incorporate a plate heat exchanger and a circulation pump. The secondary circuit is supplied with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar@90.0˚C. The products are supplied with an inlet control group consisting of an adjustable pressure reducing valve, adjustable in the range of 0.8 bar - 6.0 bar, but factory pre-set at 3.0 bar, a strainer, am expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and an approved single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The products are also supplied with an immersion heater, an expansion vessel (12, 19 or 24 litres depending on model) and a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group: 16.0 bar. Maximum working pressure: Secondary circuit: 5.5 Bar. Primary Circuit: 6.0 Bar (All models except for the Direct - DI prefix models). Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
