Wall mounted, self-closing tap assembly (chromium plated brass) with spring loaded headwork and disc press operating mechanism. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of nylon or stainless steel braided flexible hose assemblies incorporating a PE-X inner hose, EPDM ‘O’-rings and/or gaskets. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of PVC lined shower hoses with silicone rubber gaskets and interlocked chromium plated outer coating. For open outlet use only. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of stainless steel braided, EPDM lined flexible hose assemblies. Models are available with a variety of end connections. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C
Range of indirect and direct unvented storage cylinders. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar @ 90˚C. The product is supplied with an inlet control group (safety kit) consisting of a pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and an approved check valve cartridge (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). A tundish and expansion vessel are also provided. Maximum working pressures: Primary: 3.0 Bar Secondary: 5.5 Bar Solar: 3.0 bar Maximum operating temperature 90.0°C
Range of cased and insulated stainless steel unvented water storage heaters. The DHW circuit includes a factory fitted combined temperature and pressure relief valve set at 6.0 bar and 90˚C. The product can be supplied with two possible safety kits (inlet control groups). One includes a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 1.5-6.0 bar, (but set at 3.0 bar), a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and a pressure relief valve pre-set at 4.5 bar. The other includes a pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection, and a pressure relief valve pre-set at 4.5 bar. The product is also supplied with an expansion vessel and a tundish. The compression connection of each inlet control group is for use with the following pipes: Both for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057). The inlet control group without an adjustable pressure reducing valve can also be used with PB pipe (with inserts) (manufactured to BS EN 7291-2:2010) and PEX pipe (with inserts) (manufactured to BS EN 7291-3:2010). Maximum supply pressure to inlet control group pressure reducing valve: 16.0 bar. Maximum working pressure 4.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C. Cold supply only.
Range of wall mounted, concealed, thermostatic blending valves with brass bodies in various finishes. The flow is controlled via ceramic disc or push-button headwork with dome type operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member. The inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of wall mounted, thermostatic blending valves, (brass bodies various finishes), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow.Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a manual override button incorporating dome or lever type operating members, Each inlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves incorporating detent headworks controlling the flow. Temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge incorporating a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate approved single check valve cartridges (however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection). The products are supplied with a shower hose, shower handset and over head shower. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C
Range of wall mounted, exposed, thermostatic shower valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating a single sequential headwork controlling both flow and temperature with a single lever operating member. The products are supplied with 15mm compression inlet elbows incorporating approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The inlets also incorporate plastic flow regulators. The 90033CP model can have either a top or bottom outlet, which is achieved by re-positioning the blanking plug and threaded outlet. The compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
