This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JHSW-8604 Pipeline Heavy Duty Anti-Corrosion Polyurethane Coating'. Factory applied, two-component, pale yellow coloured polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Information, issue date '6/1/2022'. Cure for 1 minute@25°C and then 7 days @23. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pentaline DT-750'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘April 2010’. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. In September 2025, ‘Pentaline DT-750 Blue' was added to the approval. Factory applied, blue coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘April 2010’. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VIMPOTABLE 34 EPOXY PAINT'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Bulletin 'VP/02', issue date '01.01.2021'. Cure for 7 days@50°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lionpak 2500'. Yellow & black striped, braided gland packing. For use with water up to 85°C. For use as a gland packing only having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Lionpak 2100'. White coloured, braided, PTFE gland packing. For use with water up to 85°C. For use as a gland packing only having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
‘PureOne hose’ (formerly known as ‘Clearwater hose’). Multi-layered hose manufactured on a mandrill by hand, consisting of a colourless, transparent PE inner layer and a blue coloured EPDM outer layer. Please note that the hose has many layers but the approval describes only the inner and outer layers. For use with water up to 50°C.
