This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jerlac High Build Bituminous Black'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's work instruction document 'GPC/WI/10' issue no. '01', dated 03/01/2018. Cure for 72 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HT 204'. Grey coloured carbon bearing, pressed, sintered, impregnated with phenolic resin and rebaked. For use with water up to 85°C.
'HPC 835'. Grey coloured carbon bearing, pressed, sintered, impregnated with phenolic resin and rebaked. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue and Jotapipe AC - 1003 Green'. Factory applied, blue or green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dubai, U.A.E). Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 26th September 2019. Cure for 2 minutes@245°C. The blue coating is for use with water up to 85°C. The green coating is for use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SWEP Sealix Coating'. Factory applied, colourless (translucent) silicon dioxide coating. Apply as per manufacturing instructions ref. 'Sealix-2020-01' dated 2020-01-01. Cure for 3 hours@300°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MAVM554'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'FR.07.03.18', dated 09.19. Cure for 10 minutes at 160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue & Green. Factory applied, green or blue coloured epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dammam, Saudi Arabia). Apply as per manufacturer's MTI '001 - 2024 - SA – EN'. Cure for 4 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eco Coat Epoxy Blue Patch Up Paint (PFC/1017)'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:2 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'DOC/PFC/PU/101', dated '01.04.2024'. Cure for 8 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`MECH WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions '24136' dated 2025/1/26. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EM6/35/7541/1'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'IS_003', 'rev. 01'. Cure for 16 min 875°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, black coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure both undercoat and finishing coat for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Carboguard AQP FC Part A and Part B'. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied) epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet '8163', dated 'March 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 24 hours at 20°C and Coat 2 for 7 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'novapress® UNIVERSAL'. Green coloured NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calandering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'GRE-FPI (E) Wavistrong'. Yellow/beige coloured GRE pipe manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 85°C.

'SL7065/SL7015'. Extruded, triple layered hose comprising of a translucent, silicone inner layer, white coloured polyester middle layer and translucent, silicone outer layer. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size of complete hose is 1.8mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Bonline LY S 5000'. Colourless, translucent silicone oil. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
