Standpipe assembly break tank with a Type ‘AB’ air gap (verified by test – suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 5) mounted to the top of the standpipe body. The tank is filled via a compact float valve and has two screened weir slots. Water is then supplied by gravity from the break tank to the hose outlet below. Flow is activated via a spherical valve located behind a lockable panel. In addition to the isolation valve, the product incorporates a single check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) prior to the spherical valve and an in-line ‘Y’ pattern strainer after it. The spherical valve includes a drain plug to allow for draining. Insulation is provided up to the drain point. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
DC type pipe interrupter with a permanent atmospheric vent (DZR brass body) incorporating a flow regulator at the inlet and brass shroud. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of non-verifiable double check valve assemblies with DZR brass bodies, incorporating two spring loaded, resilient trim in-line check valve cartridges. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Ceramic cartridge headwork with a plastic body, silicone gaskets and seals. For insertion into specifically dimensioned tap bodies. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum working temperature 85°C.
Thermostatic cartridge incorporating brass bodies and stainless steel filters. For insertion into specifically dimensioned bodies. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
