Pre-heat substrate to 200°C and dip apply coating in a fluidised bed as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'VPC5022', 'Revision: 1', dated '3 November 2025'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. Factory applied, two-part, black or white polyurethane coatings. 'Pentathane 1000 SD Black'. Mix parts A & B in a 2.5:1 volume ratio and apply as per ‘August 2022’. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'Pentathane 1000 SD Off White'. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per ‘August 2022’. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
