'RE EP/50, 'RE EP/60, 'RE EP/70 & RE EP/80'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'EP50'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 50A. Tested in-radius size 0.97mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
'Seat Seal S1 & S2'. Black coloured (S2) or white coloured (S1), injection moulded silicone rubber components. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size between 0.65mm & 1.54mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SIL50 RED 'O' rings & seals'. Red coloured, injection moulded silicone 'O' rings & seals. Shore hardness 50. The ‘O’ rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.3mm. The seals have a tested in-radius size of 4.2mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Gebatout2'. Green coloured, polymer sealing paste. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions, 'version 11' dated 23/09/19. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RC 50'. Purple coloured anaerobic adhesive. For use with water up to 85°C. This product is to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
'Spears® FlameGuard® FS-5 One-Step'. Red/brown coloured, liquid solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'FG-3-0321'. No cure required. For use with water up to 82°C.
'XFGJ-2022'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'X20220228F' dated '2022-2-28'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SPS-2022'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'S20220601' dated '2022-6-1'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
