CAIO ranges of Indirect stainless steel insulated hot water storage cylinders with external expansion and copper pipework and fittings. The DHW circuit consists of a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90°C, an inlet control group consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, an expansion relief valve (SRV) set at 6.0 bar, a strainer and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) also supplied with a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures - Primary circuit 6.0 bar, Secondary circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65˚C.

Range of wall mounted, thermostatic shower valves (brass body – various finishes), incorporating a single sequential headwork controlling both temperature and flow using a single lever operating member. The inlets incorporate stainless-steel strainers, plastic flow regulators and approved check valve cartridges (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 2) Product is not supplied with shower hose, handset, overhead shower or riser rail assembly. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Wall mounted, thermostatic bar shower mixer (chrome plated brass body) incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with dome type operating members. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with dome type operating member which incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Product is supplied shower hose, handset and riser rail assembly Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
