Range of multi-layered flexible hoses (TPE inner liner/PVC middle/PVC outer with polyester braiding in-between) and stainless-steel braided EPDM flexible hoses. The hoses are supplied with a variety of end connections incorporating brass barbed hose inserts or white plastic barbed hose inserts. The hoses may also incorporate a servicing valve (see model). The push fit connectors are to be used with copper pipe (Manufactured to EN1057), PB pipe (Manufactured to BS EN21003) & PE-x pipe (manufactured to BS EN7291-3). Products shown with a “P” suffix (eg. WFLX15P, FLX43P) are a prepacked variant of the original product eg. WFLX15, FLX43. Products shown with a “SB” suffix (eg. FLX15P-SB, WFLX28-SB) are a reduced box quantity of an existing product. A range of wall mounted self-closing shower valves (chromium plated brass), incorporating a spring loaded headwork with a dome type operating member. Model TF222CP250 is supplied with metal back nut. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum working temperature 60°C.
Range of concealed thermostatic blending valves with brass bodies (chrome plated), incorporating a manual diverter to two outlets with an off position (model XB-AZ-037A), two ceramic disc headworks controlling the flow to both outlets (model XB-AZ-035A) or one outlet controlled via a ceramic disc headwork (model XB-AZ-034A). The temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge with various operating members (see models). Inlets incorporate stainless-steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Flow is controlled to each shower outlet via individual ‘detent’ (push to on push to off) headworks. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member that incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product is supplied with a shower hose, shower handset, riser rail and overhead shower outlet. The product is also supplied with two loose plastic flow regulators for installation between the valve and the shower hose, as well as on the inlet to the overhead shower. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperatures: shower handset 50°C, all other items 65°C.
