For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EM6/35/7541/1'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'IS_003', 'rev. 01'. Cure for 16 min 875°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, black coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure both undercoat and finishing coat for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ELM EPX 13'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions to end users reference no. 'ELM/2019/10/001' dated '23/08/2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polyflon PTFE TC-7808-19 Grey PTFE Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 'June 8, 2012'. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
