GOO.5200AE/W/A00 model is just a thermostatic cartridge (no flow control). GOO.5300AE/W/A00 model has a top outlet with a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow. GOO.5300AE/W/A00 model has a top and bottom outlet both with a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
