'DIC. PPS FZ-2140 BLACK'. 'DIC.PPS FZ-2140 BLACK-U' was added to the approval in September 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded PPS materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ISOFIL HK 40 5FH0 WT0580'. White coloured (opaque), injection moulded PP material. For use with water up to 85°C.
`Mecflon Y4`. Black coloured, compression moulded, carbon filled PTFE seal rings. For use with water up to 85°C.
`H34-50 to H34-70’. Range of black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber materials with a shore hardness of between 50 & 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
`SP402`. Black coloured, compression moulded, natural rubber material. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.00mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Permabond 102, 240, 105 & 2010'. Site applied, single-component, colourless adhesive/sealants. Apply as per manufacturer’s technical data sheets. Cure for 24 hours at 22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Loctite 542'. Site applied, red coloured anaerobic adhesive. For use with water up to 85°C. These products are to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Sonlok 3243 & 3577. Site applied anaerobic adhesives. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions. Sonlok 3243 is blue coloured and is for use with water up to 85°C. Sonlok 3577 is green coloured and is for use with water up to 23°C.
'Unecol PVC New Age Solvent Cement'. Translucent, colourless (un-pigmented) solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 24 hours at 23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (either stainless steel or brass bodies in a variety of finishes). Flow is controlled via two solenoid valves (housed in a control box) activated via an infra-red sensor, the inlets to the control box incorporate stainless steel strainers. The temperature is controlled independently via a ceramic cartridge with a dome type operating member. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
