The flow is controlled by a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with a dome operating member and the temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome operating member and manual override button. Both inlets incorporate stainless-steel strainers and a single check valve cartridge (however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection).
