This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sigmaguard CSF 585/Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 77.5:22.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet '7785', dated 'August 19, 2022'. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.

Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per work instructions 'JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/WI-11', version '3.3', effective date '15.04.2024'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'KUBOTA Moderate Heat Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mix sand:cement;water in a 2.4:1.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'KBT20250107', dated '7th January 2025'. Cure for 6 hours @40°C followed by 18 hours @20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
