'POLYGEL-2136'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured (opaque) isophthalic gelcoat comprising of a resin and catalyst. Mix resin and catalyst in a 50:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Revision No. 10', dated 'SEPT 2024'. Cure for 3 hours@85°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jindal Saw Limited Ordinary Portland Cement - 53 Grade'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a xx ratio of 1:1.5:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '2.0', effective date '01.05.2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'RAL 5005 Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy Coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '31.05.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘ResiGard APUA (NT) Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘PDS/RG37/Ver15/01/25’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4240'. Off-white coloured NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendering. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
