Mix sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1.5:1, then add water in a water/cement mass ratio of 0.36:1 and apply as manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 48 hours@23°C, 70% relative humidity. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ARC SD4i(E)'. Factory applied, grey and blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings. Mix parts A and B in a weight ratio of 2.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions 'EN-085034EU', dated '01/2025'. Cure for 72 hours@20°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ARC 858(E)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a weight ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions 'EN-085013EU', dated '08/2024'. Cure for 54 hours@20°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE® 851 Blanc'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in 50:50 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 10/07/2024. Cure for 6 days@40°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
