'Electrocoat BP 116'. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen paint. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet, document number 'ECL/TDS/BP116' dated 10th January 2016. Cure for 30 minutes@55°C and then 10 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Suns-02`. Grey coloured, factory applied cement mortar. Mix, apply and cure as per user instructions 'doc: SUNS-U110320, version B` dated 2015-12. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Between 1st May 2021 and 30th March 2022, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 23°C. Between 31st March 2022 and 31st May 2026, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 60°C
`Electroline ES 1212-Black`. Factory applied, black coloured, 2 part epoxy coating. Mix parts A&B in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
`3011 high chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating`. Factory applied, burgundy coloured polyethylene coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturers `IFU Version no. 03' dated June 18 2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Global Smart (INSUPIPE)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 30:55:15 ratio. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nu Vista'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours at 45°C and then 28 days (672 hours)@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Dalmia Infra Pro'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours@45°C and then 28 days (672 hours) @35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ColorDur T300 EPOXY SF Coating - Red' & 'ColorDur T300 EPOXY SF Coating - Grey' (grey was added to approval in August 2022). Factory applied, two-component, red or grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix resin and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cured for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KD-002'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'KD-1230-20', version 'A0', dated '2020-12-30'. For use with water up to 23°C.
