'PENTALINE DI 750 BLUE'. Factory applied, two-part, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Issue date: August 2023. Reference No - 01'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GM2025-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.5:1:0.4 mass ratio. Cure for 8 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YS-01 Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction document 'HJ-Q-SOP-05' dated 2020-1-10. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. 'Genesis FBE 5010'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS issued 'August 2025'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'VPC5022 Signal Blue FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to 200°C and dip apply coating in a fluidised bed as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'VPC5022', 'Revision: 1', dated '3 November 2025'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VPC8001 Gloss Black FBE'. Factory applied, black coloured Epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to 200°C and dip apply coating in a fluidised bed as per Product Data Sheet 'VPC8001', 'Revision: 1', dated '3 November 2025'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Factory applied, two-part, black or white polyurethane coatings. 'Pentathane 1000 SD Black'. Mix parts A & B in a 2.5:1 volume ratio and apply as per ‘August 2022’. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'Pentathane 1000 SD Off White'. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per ‘August 2022’. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Abcite® 1060 DW Blue & Abcite® X60 DW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured thermoplastic powder coatings applied by dipping in a fluidised bed. Pre-heat substrate the coating is to be applied to for 12 minutes@280°C and apply as per manufacturer’s Application Guide ‘Version 04.05.2015’ (Abcite® 1060 DW Blue) or Technical Data Sheet ‘11/2023’ (Abcite® X60 DW Blue). Post-heat for 5 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the pre-heat and post-heat conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-heat conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
