For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Crystic LS96PA Clear Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 2-446 PA GRP resin'. Contact moulded GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with off-white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Potaglas GRP Sectional Water Tank Panel'. Grey coloured, compression moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Hydro 90'. Clear, silicone lubricant aerosol. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1.0' dated 'June 2022'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Molykote® 111 & Molykote® 7508'. Translucent white silicone greases. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Zytel® 70G30HSLR BK099'. Black coloured, injection moulded nylon. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Tecomid NB30 GR50 BK012 QW'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA6 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Radilon A RV300RKC 106 NT, A RV300RKC2 106 NT, A RV500RKC2 106 NT & A RV500RKC 106NT’ ‘Radilon A RV300RKC 306 BK, A RV500RKC 306 BK, A RV300RKC2 306 BK & A RV500RKC2 306 BK’. ‘NT’ indicates that the grade is natural (which appears beige in colour). BK indicates that the grade is black coloured. Injection moulded PA66 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Qual-PB Easy-Lay’. Extruded, multi-layered barrier pipes. The pipes have either a white or grey coloured PB inner layer, a clear EVOH barrier layer and either a white or grey coloured PB outer layer. There is a black coloured adhesive layer either side of the EVOH barrier layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
