'Ductan 087'. Factory applied, blue coloured PE coating. Apply by flock spray onto a part/item pre-heated to 200°C for 20 minutes and allow to cool. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Neropoxy Solvent Free Coating White & Red'. Factory applied, white or red coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 mass ratio. Cure for 10 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PPA 801 Blue 502'. Factory applied, grey coloured modified PE blend coating. Pre-heat part/item to be coated to 340°C, dip into a fluidized bed containing the coating and then allow to cool at room temperature. No cure required For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nu Vista'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours at 45°C and then 28 days (672 hours)@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Dalmia Infra Pro'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours@45°C and then 28 days (672 hours) @35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPX-213H Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'XL-R-019-R2' dated '2015-11-12'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SC2 Coating'. Factory applied, clear, PTFE based coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-002 issue 1' dated 09-08-2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Protecfull SFP 108'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured polyurethane coating. Mix part A & part B in a 75:25 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference '016. Ed.01.21' dated August 24, 2021. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP-I-103'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'EPOXY86315', dated 'Nov. 15th, 2020'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Rilsan (MagnaCoat 5501 F)'. Factory applied, white coloured (opaque), polyamide powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 02/01/2018. Cure for 10 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
