`Monsoon` range of universal single & twin, shower booster pumps with brass bodies, brass impellers and nitrile seals. Pumps incorporate an anti-surge device, flow switch and a pressure vessel. The outlets incorporate isolation valves, plastic strainers and approved single check valve cartridges however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection. Range of domestic water pressure booster pumps with brass impellors, plastic bodies and an accumulator. Models are supplied with a pressure reducing valve, isolation valve, inline strainer and non-return valve. Maximum working pressure 4.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 35°C.
Range of shower booster pumps (either single or double) with acetal bodies and impellers and EPDM seals and NBR `O`-rings. Supplied with stainless-steel braided EPDM lined flexible hoses incorporating isolation valves Maximum working pressure 3.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of Stuart Aquastor Eco stainless steel indirect and direct unvented hot water storage cylinders. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve (7.0 bar and 95°C). The product is fitted with a safety kit which comprises of a manifold, check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) strainer, an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and a pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar. A tundish and expansion vessel also comes supplied. Maximum working pressure: Secondary circuit 6.0 bar. Primary circuit 10.0 bar Maximum operating temperature 85°C
MBC 12-22WM & MBC 12-28WM models are wall mounted mains supply booster sets. They are supplied with two spherical isolation valves, a spherical bypass valve and two single check valve assemblies (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The check valve assemblies are to be installed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, one upstream of the pump inlet and one after the bypass valve. The booster pump incorporates a plastic strainer on the inlet and a plastic flow regulator on the outlet and is housed within a wall mounted cabinet. MJ3 VM & MJ3 HM models are mains supply booster sets intended to be mounted on an expansion vessel (not supplied as part of the approval). They comprise of a pump, a suction and discharge manifold with bypass arrangement, and a spherical bypass valve which incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The booster pump incorporates a plastic strainer on the inlet and a plastic flow regulator on the outlet. Maximum working pressure 6.0 bar. Cold water use only.
