The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge, with dome, cube or single lever operating members that also incorporate a manual override button.. The inlets incorporate a stainless steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
