'9711/2 Black'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.88mm & 2.85mm. Between October 2021 and July 2022, the components were for use with water up to 23°C. Between August 2022 and October 2026, the components are for use with water up to 85°C.
'EP2/2/4 BLK 'O' ring'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 45 IRHD. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'4270' components. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber components with a shore hardness of 70. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm), washers (in-radius 1.05mm) & membranes (in-radius 1.75mm) made in Italy. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm) & washers (in-radius 1.05mm) made in China. In May 2024 ‘shaped seals’ (in-radius of 1.8mm) made in Italy, were added to the approval. For use with water up to 85°C. When processing an application for a Product Approval incorporating these components, these are the only shapes covered by the approval.
'TIMO 7 NC-70 'O'-rings and washers'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O'-rings and washers. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 2.6mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'MBMS0715'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' ring. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.25mm and 5.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP12/2/5 BLK 'O'-rings & seals'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings & seals. Shore hardness 50. The ‘O’ rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.0mm. The seals have a tested in-radius size of 0.75mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘4280’ black coloured injection moulded EPDM rubber components. Shore hardness 80. '4280 Membrane' has a tested in-radius size of 1.75mm. ‘4280 ’O’ rings’ have a tested in-radius size of 1.31mm. ‘4280 washers’ have a tested in-radius size of 1.05mm. All components are for use with water up to 85°C.
'GDE 7133'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' ring. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'XGM050'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber gaskets manufactured from raw material '70802'. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 2.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
