'420 OE UHMWPE'. Multi-layered (7 layers), Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene hose manufactured by wrapping on a mandrel. The inner layer is white coloured polyethylene, and the outer layer is blue coloured rubber. For use with water up to 23°C.
'509 OE/UHMWPE' hose, manufactured by mandrel wrapping and vulcanisation. Multi-layered hose comprising of a clear PE inner layer, blue coloured EPDM second layer, white coloured reinforcement third layer, blue coloured EPDM fourth layer, grey coloured helix wire fifth layer and blue coloured EPDM outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
`TUB05`. Extruded, dual layered hose consisting of a clear PE liner and black coloured EPDM outer layer. Shore hardness 85. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TUB03 PVC Inner Hose (black coloured) & TUB04 PVC Inner Hose (white coloured)'. Single layered, extruded PVC hoses. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Tricovend'. Triple layered, extruded hose consisting of a black coloured thermoplastic elastomeric inner layer and white coloured, opaque PVC middle and outer layers. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SL6015 Silicone Hose'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone hose. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘PureOne hose’ (formerly known as ‘Clearwater hose’). Multi-layered hose manufactured on a mandrill by hand, consisting of a colourless, transparent PE inner layer and a blue coloured EPDM outer layer. Please note that the hose has many layers but the approval describes only the inner and outer layers. For use with water up to 50°C.
'ILPEA 70-90 EPDM HOSE WRAS AF'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM hose. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.3mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'TUSIL® ACQUA HT & TUSIL® ACQUA'. Multi-layered hoses comprising of a white coloured, silicone rubber inner layer, white coloured silicone rubber/polyester middle layer and blue coloured outer layer. The hose is made by vulcanisation on rigid mandrel. For use with water up to 85°C.
'JL- ML-G PVC (gold outer), JL- ML-B PVC (black outer) & JL- ML-W PVC (white outer)'. Extruded, multi-layered hoses comprising of a black coloured PVC inner, white coloured fibre layer and either gold, black or white coloured PVC outer layer. Hose 'JL- ML-G PVC' has an additional third layer which is black coloured (translucent) and a transparent, colourless outer layer (so hose appears gold). For use with water up to 85°C.
'Viega Smartloop PE-Xc Monolayer Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded PE-Xc pipe. For use with water up to 70°C.
'IDCEPSD'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM hose. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius 0.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'DM2506 Hose'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone rubber hose. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 2.28mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'A001 (natural) & A002 (black)'. Extruded, natural (colourless) or black coloured PVC hoses. For use with water up to 65°C.
'SIL70W01 hoses'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone hoses with a shore hardness of 70. Tested in-radius sizes between 0.25 and 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Multitubo’ multi-layered pipe. Extruded, triple layered pipe consisting of a white coloured, translucent PE-RT inner layer, aluminium middle layer and white coloured, opaque PE-RT outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Biohose'. Extruded, multi-layered hose comprising of a green PE inner layer, transparent EVA middle layer and white EVA outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
'HDPE2300XM hose'. Off-white coloured (semi-translucent), extruded PEX-b hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Drincable'. Blue coloured, extruded, EPDM rubber electrical cable. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 0.90mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This approval is for complete cable, the blue coloured outer part being the water contact layer.
