Section Code 5042 : Site applied pipe and fittings coatings. Compliance with BS6920 relates to the conditions of cure specified in the listing. If the cure conditions are varied from those described below then compliance with BS6920 cannot be assummed without further testing. Where catalysts are required, only tested catalysts in the recommended concentrations should be used. Manufacturer's advice must be sought if any non standard mixing or curing conditions are being considered.

Site applied, black coloured, two part polyurethane elastomer coating (Aqualine 400) to be used in conjunction with a two part epoxy primer (Irabond BC50). Mix and apply the primer as per the technical data sheet dated 05/2018. Mix and apply the coating as per the technical data sheet dated 05/2018. Cure coat 1 for 24 hours@7°C. Cure coat 2 for 20 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PU4960 Unpigmented Coating, Grey Coating & Blue Coating'. Site applied, two component, un-pigmented (appears off-white, opaque), grey coloured or blue coloured polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 weight ratio. Cure for 7 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Resiline 320'. Site applied, light blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating. Mix the base (white coloured liquid) and activator (blue coloured liquid) in a 1.5:1 volume ratio and then spray apply. Cure for 1 hour@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 975'. Site applied, two-part epoxy coating comprising of Part A (white, opaque liquid) and Part B (amber, translucent liquid). Mix as per manufacturer’s instructions ref. ‘3577’ dated 31/07/2017. The coating is white coloured once mixed. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Intercrete 4820’. Site applied, grey coloured waterproof mortar. Mix Intercrete 4820 & water in a mass ratio of 8.33:1. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
