Where catalysts are required, only tested catalysts in the recommended concentrations should be used. Manufacturer's advice must be sought if any non standard mixing or curing conditions are being considered.

Mix Part A (amber liquid) with Part B (amber liquid) in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's 'General Method Statement, DOW WATERPOTABLE, Edition 1 07/23'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Acothane DW Cream, Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ site applied, two-part polyurethane coatings to be used with or without ‘Acothane LV’ polyurethane sealer. ‘Acothane LV’ (base coat) and ‘Acothane DW Cream’ (base or middle coat) are approved for use as non-water contact coats. ‘Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ are approved as water-contact coats and may be used alone or as the water contact coat in any of the following combinations: Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue. Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Grey. Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue. Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Grey. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane LV in a weight ratio of 100:48, apply as per TDS dated March 2022 and then cure for 4 hours@3°C before applying cream coating. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Cream in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 4 hours@3°C before applying blue or grey water contact coat. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Blue/Grey in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 7 days@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Interline 925P Light Grey & Interline 925P Off White'. Site applied, two component epoxy coatings. Mix Parts A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet '10257', issue date '07/02/2022'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Nitocote EP405 (3821)’. Site applied, blue coloured, two component solvent free epoxy resin coating consisting of two bases (coat 1 base; Nitocote EP405 white & coat 2 base; Nitocote EP405 blue) & clear EP405 hardener. Mix parts A & B of each coat in a 100:13 weight ratio and apply in accordance with Fosroc data sheet issue 7 (CI/SfB: Pn6) dated November 2013. Cure coat 1 for 18 hours@7°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Eucoflex Caliente'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A, Component B and Component C (Pigment Paste). Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet 'TX40T815', dated 'August 2023'. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Euclid Chemical Toxement. The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Euclid Chemical Toxement and not the responsibility of WRAS.
'Geospray'. Site applied, grey coloured, geopolymer cementitious material. Mix 300g of powder with 60ml water and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V: 09.06.2022'. Cure for 96 hours@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Raymond Microsilica Modified Cement Mortar Standard A'. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement/sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. To this add micro silica at 7%, achieved by mixing cement mix/micro silica in a mass ratio of 1:0.07 and water at 1:0.32 (cement mix/water). Add the MasterPozzolith 55R at a ratio of 2.2ml per kilo of cement. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘TDS/RI/2024/MMCM “Standard A’, dated ‘ 21 Feb 2024’. Cure for 28 days at a temperature of between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ES 988 DWPU'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDS507DWPU.rv2.17102018'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Sikagard®-180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180_05_18/v9/02_22/v10/05_23/v11/01_24'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LOCTITE® SF 770™' (known as 'LOCTITE 770'). Site applied, clear cyanoacrylate primer. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated May 2021. Cure for 30 seconds@20°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Subcote FLP II’. Site applied, two-component, green coloured (once mixed and applied) Polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in a 100:72 weight ratio and apply & then flush as per manufacturer's IFU 'IFU_Subcote FLP II_In-Situ Pipes_Issue 7_210921 RS EN'. Cure for 1 hour@3°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Sikadur-Combiflex® SG System’ comprising of ‘Sikadur® 31 DW’ epoxy adhesive to be used in conjunction with ‘Sika Combiflex® SG Membrane’. ‘Sikadur® 31 DW’ is a site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy adhesive consisting of Part A (white coloured) and Part B (black coloured). Part A and Part B are mixed in a weight ratio of 3:1, applied and cured for 14 days@30°C. ‘Sika Combiflex® SG Membrane’ is a modified flexible Polyolefin (FPO) waterproofing tape to be applied over the adhesive and is approved as the water contact layer. Apply as per ‘Sikadur-Combiflex® SG System’ System Product Data Sheet, ‘Edition: 24/10/2012, Identification no: 02 07 03 02 System, Version: GCC’. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Therma-Light Touch Up Paint'. Site applied, black coloured coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS/CLP-L 44', dated '28/2/2024'. Cure for 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Corroless ACO Brush Grades RAL5005 (GB861) and Light Green (GB206)’ (formerly known as 'Acothane Brush Grades Blue & Green'). Site applied, blue or green coloured, two-part polyurethane coatings consisting of an amber coloured, liquid activator and blue or green coloured coating. Mix brush grade and activator in a 3.24:1 weight ratio. Apply as per technical data sheet dated Feb 2020. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Strongcoat EPW-P'. Site applied, two-component, light grey coloured (once applied) epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured liquid) with Part B (orange coloured liquid) in a 8.1:3.78 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's TDS 06-0020-A-2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. Mix and apply coat 2 in the same way as coat 1 and cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
