'JSAW-JAL Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cement'. Factory applied cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 27 days@20-25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Deep Seal Liquid Epoxy Paint'. Factory applied, two-component epoxy paint consisting of a base and activator, available in red/brown, grey, blue & white colours. Mix base and activator in a volume ratio of 3:1. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV00 01-02-201'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per product instructions 'File No. ZX-9-HY/NG' dated '2019-6-2'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polyester Blue 5010 High Gloss-207770501000'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyester powder coating. Apply as per TDS for 'Series 7000 Polyester Powders', issue ref. '09-8637555', updated '5/17'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sigmaguard CSF 585'. Factory applied, light blue coloured two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base & hardener in a volume ratio of 77.5:22.5. Cure for 15 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur 35560 Cream Coating with Hempadur 15590 Red Primer'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-component epoxy coating for use with epoxy primer. ‘Hempadur 15590 Red Primer’ is a two-component primer which is mixed in a 15:4 volume ratio and can be cured for 16 hours@20°C or 4 days@20°C. 'Hempadur 35560 Cream’ is a two-component coating which is mixed in a 6.8:2 volume ratio and then cured for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ELECTROLINE ES 1212'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component, solvent -free epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@28°C - 30°C. From August 2019 to October 2022 the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From November 2022 to August 2024 the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EVER CM-2'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix, apply and cure in accordance with manufacturer's safety data sheet '2019-02-19 revision A1'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Fluiglide E'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating consisting of a base and activator. Mix base and activator in a mass ratio of 2:1. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LUBERPOX-2K-SEALCOAT'. Factory applied, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base (IV16) and hardener (IW16). Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘LP/HF’, rev. 1 dated 22.07.2018. Cure for 20 minutes@22°C and then 40 minutes@75°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Electrocement type CEM III A'. Factory applied, grey coloured slag cement mortar, intended to line ductile iron pipes and fittings. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 28 days at 20°C - 22°C OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'Fontezinc HR'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component, inorganic zinc silicate coating. Mix the two parts in accordance with product data sheet '30.10.2018'. Cure for 30 minutes@20-21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EVER CM-2'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a weight ratio of 1:2:0.4. Cure at ambient temperature for 4 hours and then vapour cure for 6 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'EP-I-101'. Factory applied, white coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual dated '22/04/2019', revision '1.0'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BFSC PAM SDN 1'. Factory applied, grey coloured blast furnace slag cement mortar/admixture. Mix sand and cement in a 1.63:1 mass ratio. Add water in a water/cement mass ratio of 0.25:1. Add admixture in an admixture/cement mass ratio of 0.0006. Cure for 5 hours at 70°C (at a rate of 17°C/hour up to 70°C, then holding at 70°C for 1 hour). For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Rashmi Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured, blast furnace slag cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6. Cure for 120 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet dated 9th November 2015. Cure for 2 minutes, 30 seconds@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. For us with water up to 85°C.
'EP015-UTB'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'PR-CA-00-024' dated 15-02-19. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Endoprene® 85-20’. Factory applied, two component, beige coloured, solvent free polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 11/09/25018. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VPC5015 Sky Blue FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded, epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the surface to be coated to 200°C for 5 minutes and dip in a fluidised bed of powder coating. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the application and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ELM EPX 13'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions to end users reference no. 'ELM/2019/10/001' dated 06-09-2019. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TC-7808-19'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated June 8, 2019. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nerocoat FBE VF Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the coating for 15 minutes@220°C and then apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1' dated 16th April 2018. Cure for 15 minutes@215°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'MAVM554'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'FR.07.03.18', dated 09.19. Cure for 10 minutes at 160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GH-01 Black High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating’. Factory applied, black coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated May 1, 2019. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XF Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland 42.5 cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a 1:2.5:0.3 weight ratio. Cure for 4 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EDELPOXY FNSL 151'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use, reference number 'PC 151', dated January 16, 2015. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JT P16'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland (PO42.5) Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6. Cure for 4 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘Rilsan®’ polyamide powder coatings to be used in conjunction with ‘Primgreen LAT 12035’ epoxy resin primer. T Blue 7443 MAC, T Green 7529 MAC, T Grey 5161 MAC, T White 1488 AC & PA11 T Black 7450 AC’. ‘PA11 T Blue 7444 MAC’ was added to the approval in July 2023, For use with water up to 60°C. Apply accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20'. The coatings are approved when the piece to be coated is pre-heated to 330°C for 7 minutes – if the pre-heat is varied from this then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Hempadur 35530 System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320) and Hempadur 35530 cream (10500)’. ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘Hempadur 35530 cream (10500)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'PM6/35/7414'. Factory applied, black coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PM6/35/7405'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'PM6/35/5696 & PM6/35/5321'. Factory applied, black coloured enamel coatings mixed in a 50/50 ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. Please note that this approval is valid only for 'PM6/35/5696 & PM6/35/5321' mixed in a 50/50 ratio. ‘Eurokote® 48-20 Brun Rouge & Ivoirine’. Factory applied, red or cream coloured, two-part epoxy coatings. Mix resin and hardener in a 2.13:1 mass ratio. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Guom-06'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix as per user instructions 'vision A, date 2014-11-5'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C and then steam cure for 30 days@90°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'WG Weleforce PW'. Site applied, yellow coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per application guide ‘V.02’ dated 29/10/2019. Cure for 7 days@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue and Jotapipe AC - 1003 Green'. Factory applied, blue or green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dubai, U.A.E). Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 26th September 2019. Cure for 2 minutes@245°C. The blue coating is for use with water up to 85°C. 'LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE, IV806EB coating for use with IW80 hardener'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy-amine coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'rev:34' dated 01.03.2019. Cure for 36 minutes@50°C and then 60 minutes@70°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue and Jotapipe AC - 1003 Green'. Factory applied, blue or green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dammam, Saudi Arabia). 'ShaliPoxy 400 FG'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix component A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'SC5 Coating'. Factory applied, clear PTFE coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-006 issue 1' dated 16/12/2019. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘NMSP2104 M’. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘specification no. NMSP2104 - 3SP’, revision no. 3 dated 16/03/2018. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘PMSP5099-M’. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘specification no. PMSP5099 - 3PC’, revision no. 1 dated 21/02/2019. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Dyopox PTW Red'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nylon 11'. Factory applied nylon coatings available in white or grey colours. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes. The coating is then applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020 and cured for 10 minutes@270°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘EKOPIPE 900 Blue or Red’. Factory applied, blue or red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a mass ratio of 1:2. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
