For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL Ordinary Portland Cement'. Factory applied cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 27 days@20-25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cement'. Factory applied cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 27 days@20-25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. 'Deep Seal Liquid Epoxy Paint'. Factory applied, two-component epoxy paint consisting of a base and activator, available in red/brown, grey, blue & white colours. Mix base and activator in a volume ratio of 3:1. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV00 01-02-201'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
