For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JHW-10G-MD301'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'version 1.0' dated 10/09/2019. Cure for 30 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPILUX 610 T primer for use with EPILUX 155 SF'. 'EPILUX 610 T primer’ is a two-component primer. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and then cure for 24 hours@28-30°C. ‘EPILUX 155 SF' is a two-component top-coat. Mix base and hardener in a 4:1 volume ratio and then cure for 10 days@28-30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'M-AC010'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's user manual 'rev. 2.0' dated 12/03/2019. For use with water up to 85°C.
'INDIPCO Sulphate Resistant Cement Mortar Lining'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand & cement and water & cement in a weight ratio of 2.0:0.5. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GW-8406'. Factory applied, pale yellow coloured polyurethane coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PO 42.5R'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a 2:1:0.25 weight ratio. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EB-1003'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'Fowry Powder-001' dated '2020.3.20'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Luberpox-2K-DS-Lackfarbe IV805X3/IW 80'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a 5:1 weight ratio. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Blue Glass 4753'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 14/06/2017. Cure for 30 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
