Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 26th September 2019. Cure for 2 minutes@245°C. The blue coating is for use with water up to 85°C. The green coating is for use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE, IV806EB coating for use with IW80 hardener'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy-amine coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'rev:34' dated 01.03.2019. Cure for 36 minutes@50°C and then 60 minutes@70°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue and Jotapipe AC - 1003 Green'. Factory applied, blue or green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dammam, Saudi Arabia). Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 26th September 2019. Cure for 2 minutes@245°C. The blue coating is for use with water up to 85°C. The green coating is for use with water up to 23°C.
'ShaliPoxy 400 FG'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix component A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SC5 Coating'. Factory applied, clear PTFE coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-006 issue 1' dated 16/12/2019. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘NMSP2104 M’. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘specification no. NMSP2104 - 3SP’, revision no. 3 dated 16/03/2018. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PMSP5099-M’. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘specification no. PMSP5099 - 3PC’, revision no. 1 dated 21/02/2019. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Dyopox PTW Red'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nylon 11'. Factory applied nylon coatings available in white or grey colours. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes. The coating is then applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020 and cured for 10 minutes@270°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘EKOPIPE 900 Blue or Red’. Factory applied, blue or red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a mass ratio of 1:2. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
