Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JT P16'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland (PO42.5) Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6. Cure for 4 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘Rilsan®’ polyamide powder coatings to be used in conjunction with ‘Primgreen LAT 12035’ epoxy resin primer. T Blue 7443 MAC, T Green 7529 MAC, T Grey 5161 MAC, T White 1488 AC & PA11 T Black 7450 AC’. ‘PA11 T Blue 7444 MAC’ was added to the approval in July 2023, For use with water up to 60°C. Apply accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20'. The coatings are approved when the piece to be coated is pre-heated to 330°C for 7 minutes – if the pre-heat is varied from this then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Hempadur 35530 System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320) and Hempadur 35530 cream (10500)’. ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘Hempadur 35530 cream (10500)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'PM6/35/7414'. Factory applied, black coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PM6/35/7405'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PM6/35/5696 & PM6/35/5321'. Factory applied, black coloured enamel coatings mixed in a 50/50 ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. Please note that this approval is valid only for 'PM6/35/5696 & PM6/35/5321' mixed in a 50/50 ratio. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Eurokote® 48-20 Brun Rouge & Ivoirine’. Factory applied, red or cream coloured, two-part epoxy coatings. Mix resin and hardener in a 2.13:1 mass ratio. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Guom-06'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix as per user instructions 'vision A, date 2014-11-5'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C and then steam cure for 30 days@90°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'WG Weleforce PW'. Site applied, yellow coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per application guide ‘V.02’ dated 29/10/2019. Cure for 7 days@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
