'EP015-UTB'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'PR-CA-00-024' dated 15-02-19. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Endoprene® 85-20’. Factory applied, two component, beige coloured, solvent free polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 11/09/25018. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VPC5015 Sky Blue FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded, epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the surface to be coated to 200°C for 5 minutes and dip in a fluidised bed of powder coating. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the application and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ELM EPX 13'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions to end users reference no. 'ELM/2019/10/001' dated 06-09-2019. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TC-7808-19'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated June 8, 2019. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nerocoat FBE VF Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the coating for 15 minutes@220°C and then apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1' dated 16th April 2018. Cure for 15 minutes@215°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'MAVM554'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'FR.07.03.18', dated 09.19. Cure for 10 minutes at 160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GH-01 Black High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating’. Factory applied, black coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated May 1, 2019. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XF Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland 42.5 cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a 1:2.5:0.3 weight ratio. Cure for 4 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
