'Fluiglide E'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating consisting of a base and activator. Mix base and activator in a mass ratio of 2:1. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LUBERPOX-2K-SEALCOAT'. Factory applied, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base (IV16) and hardener (IW16). Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘LP/HF’, rev. 1 dated 22.07.2018. Cure for 20 minutes@22°C and then 40 minutes@75°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Electrocement type CEM III A'. Factory applied, grey coloured slag cement mortar, intended to line ductile iron pipes and fittings. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 28 days at 20°C - 22°C OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL Sulphate Resistant Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 27 days@ between 20°C and 25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix & cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fontezinc HR'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component, inorganic zinc silicate coating. Mix the two parts in accordance with product data sheet '30.10.2018'. Cure for 30 minutes@20-21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EVER CM-2'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a weight ratio of 1:2:0.4. Cure at ambient temperature for 4 hours and then vapour cure for 6 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'EP-I-101'. Factory applied, white coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual dated '22/04/2019', revision '1.0'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BFSC PAM SDN 1'. Factory applied, grey coloured blast furnace slag cement mortar/admixture. Mix sand and cement in a 1.63:1 mass ratio. Add water in a water/cement mass ratio of 0.25:1. Add admixture in an admixture/cement mass ratio of 0.0006. Cure for 5 hours at 70°C (at a rate of 17°C/hour up to 70°C, then holding at 70°C for 1 hour). For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Rashmi Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured, blast furnace slag cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6. Cure for 120 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
