'G400 & G400B' seat components. White coloured, extruded PTFE seat components. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Floraseal'. White coloured PTFE tape manufactured by press strip roller. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Unecol CINTAS'. White coloured PTFE tape manufactured by press strip roller. For use with water up to 60°C.
'EX1'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component anchor resin. Mix, apply and cure as per manufacturer's product information 'EX1 V2.08' Issued '08/2021' (refer to working and loading times table for cure). For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'E701/A'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'RCI EP 70'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.95mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'0713.17/55 (shore hardness 55) & 0713.17/70 (shore hardness 70)'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber materials. Tested in-radii size 1.1mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'QC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'HYPRESS12V'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.1mm. Between June 2021 and August 2022, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between September 2022 and June 2026, the material is for use with water up to 65°C.
'EPDM BW 5920 D 50'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
'S/EP-50, S/EP-60, S/EP-70 & S/EP-80'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials with a shore hardness of between 50A & 80A. Tested in-radius size 1.05mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'ILPEA 70-90 EPDM COMPOUND WRAS AF'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.25mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'EPDM-W E267'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 80A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Viton `A` V99 gaskets'. Black coloured gaskets cut from calendered fluoroelastomeric material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'70NBR103F'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SB1 Bonding Agent'. Factory applied, black coloured bonding agent intended to bond plastic or brass to rubber. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-003 issue 1' dated 11-08-2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Klinger® Top-Chem 2005'. Red coloured, filled PTFE gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Loctite EA 9480'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured (once mixed) epoxy adhesive. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated October 2014. Cure for 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Key Plumb'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
