Cure for 50 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP015-UTB'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'PR-CA-00-024' dated 15-02-19. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NF 131118'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-part, water-based epoxy coating. Mix resin and curing agent in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V1', dated '20240423'. Cure for 60 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'GM2025'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'GMSM01' dated '2024.11.16'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Wudu brand-NF 131118'. Factory applied, black coloured, two-component, water based epoxy coating. Mix in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V2', dated '20240821'. Cure for 1 hour@50°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Dicoat 60 EX Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'SPL/R&D/TTD/UI/007', version '01', dated '03.11.2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'EPONICS WP-NS (No. 20170209)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy resin coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 7:3 and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘1838-K’ dated February 2017. Cure for 168 hours@30°C, then 168 hours@60°C and 'rest' for 168 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CP231200'. Factory applied, two-part water-based epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'File No. HBB-01', 'Version: A', dated '2024.6.30'. Cure for 24 hours@26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet dated 9th November 2015. Cure for 2 minutes, 30 seconds@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'90000 KANEPOX SF-A'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A and component B. Mix and apply as per data sheet ‘Rev. No. 01’ dated January 2024. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TOHPEPOWDER#6150 SHK GRAY QD'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per Tohpe Corporation instructions no '4230904550B'. dated 'Jan 28, 2025'. Cure for 5 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'JSGL-BFSC III A (S)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.7:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'JSGL/WI/14', 'Issue No. 02', 'Revision No. 00', dated '29.09.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@45°C (R.H. 85%). For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JSGL-BFSC III B (S)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. 'NextGen NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV00 01-02-201'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘ARC S2 (E)’. Factory applied, two component epoxy ceramic coatings, available in green and grey colours. Mix, apply and cure in accordance with Application Instructions '085031EU' dated 01/25. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that are included in Application Instructions '085031EU' dated 01/25. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified in these instructions then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JERLAC Two Pack Epoxy Beige-740'. Factory applied, two-part, beige coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet issue number '01', dated '10.01.2024'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Hempadur 35530 System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320) and Hempadur 35530 grey (10500)’. ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘Hempadur 35530 grey (10500)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. 'POLYGEL-2136'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured (opaque) isophthalic gelcoat comprising of a resin and catalyst. 'Jindal Saw Limited Ordinary Portland Cement - 53 Grade'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a xx ratio of 1:1.5:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '2.0', effective date '01.05.2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'RAL 5005 Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy Coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '31.05.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LM-coat'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part Polyurea coating. Mix Part A (KOBECASE PS-6031) with Part B (COBENATE I-362) in a 100:100 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. no: 02', dated '16.02.2022'. Cure for 4 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘ResiGard APUA (NT) Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘PDS/RG37/Ver15/01/25’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Greentech 5000'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'GRHK/QES GL 2025' and cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PolyQuick® P-500 PW'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 05-2025'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SOLID-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. 'TIANYI SUNS-011'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and mortar in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'Tianyi Suns-0023', version 'TYS-02', dated '2021-05-04'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AMMT-021'. Factory applied, yellow coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. Components A and B are preheated to 65°C and then mixed & sprayed (using a thermal spraying instrument) in a volume ratio of 1:1 according to Application Instructions dated 'APR 2013'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-010Y'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'JXT/JS02-10', edition '1/0', dated '2021-11-30'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue and Jotapipe AC - 1003 Green'. Factory applied, blue or green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dubai, U.A.E). Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 26th September 2019. Cure for 2 minutes@245°C. The blue coating is for use with water up to 85°C. 'P.HSR 42.5-XP2501'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'XP2503-010', dated '2025-03-25'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'P.HSR 42.5-RVK2025'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement.
