'KOD-E-2024/1'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'T264', revision '00', dated '16.07.2024'. Cure for 25 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TIANYI SUNS-011'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and mortar in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'Tianyi Suns-0023', version 'TYS-02', dated '2021-05-04'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AMMT-021'. Factory applied, yellow coloured, two-component polyurethane coating. Components A and B are preheated to 65°C and then mixed & sprayed (using a thermal spraying instrument) in a volume ratio of 1:1 according to Application Instructions dated 'APR 2013'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-010Y'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'JXT/JS02-10', edition '1/0', dated '2021-11-30'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue and Jotapipe AC - 1003 Green'. Factory applied, blue or green coloured fusion bonded epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dubai, U.A.E). Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 26th September 2019. Cure for 2 minutes@245°C. The blue coating is for use with water up to 85°C. The green coating is for use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-XP2501'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'XP2503-010', dated '2025-03-25'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P.HSR 42.5-RVK2025'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's usage instructions 'RVK2503/25', dated 'March 25, 2025'. Cure for 240 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'Guom-07'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. 'SWEP Sealix Coating'. Factory applied, colourless (translucent) silicon dioxide coating. Apply as per manufacturing instructions ref. 'Sealix-2020-01' dated 2020-01-01. Cure for 3 hours@300°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MAVM554'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'FR.07.03.18', dated 09.19. Cure for 10 minutes at 160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Solvent Free Epoxy Coating XH4205'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Coat 1 (XH4205/grey coating & XH7322) in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per ‘Application Procedure 2024IV, v1', issue date '2025/01/01'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Mix Coat 2 (XH4205/white coating & XH7322) in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per ‘Application Procedure 2024IV, v1', issue date '2025/01/01'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotapipe AC - 1003 Blue & Green. Factory applied, green or blue coloured epoxy coatings (manufactured in Dammam, Saudi Arabia). Apply as per manufacturer's MTI '001 - 2024 - SA – EN'. Cure for 4 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Electroline ES 424'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A and Part B in a volume ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ECL/ TDS / ES424', version '0', dated '05.01.2024'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Eco Coat Epoxy Blue Patch Up Paint (PFC/1017)'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:2 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'DOC/PFC/PU/101', dated '01.04.2024'. Cure for 8 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`MECH WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions '24136' dated 2025/1/26. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EM6/35/7541/1'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'IS_003', 'rev. 01'. Cure for 16 min 875°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, black coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure both undercoat and finishing coat for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ELM EPX 13'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions to end users reference no. 'ELM/2019/10/001' dated '23/08/2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polyflon PTFE TC-7808-19 Grey PTFE Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 'June 8, 2012'. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Powercron 805 B'. Factory applied, blue coloured Acrylic coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CR805B/CP826', dated 'Sep 12, 2024'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Powercron 451B'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CR451B/CP573X', dated 'Sep 24, 2024'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'TML Dalmia Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/004', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'M-AC010'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual 'rev. 2.0R' dated 10/10/2024. Cure for 20 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'ZX-9 Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HX' dated '2025.4.25'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EB-1003'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'Fowry Powder-001' dated '2020.3.20'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Powercron® 6070 B coating'. Factory applied, black coloured resin based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CR607B/CP588B'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Rashmi Ordinary Portland Cement’. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.7:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/002', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@45°C then cure in open air for 28 days@33-39°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Rashmi Portland Slag Cement’. Factory applied, grey coloured cement.
