'TML Dalmia Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/004', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'M-AC010'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual 'rev. 2.0R' dated 10/10/2024. Cure for 20 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'PROTEGOL EP Coating 32-99. Factory applied, two-component, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix Component A (resin) with Component B (hardener) in a volume ratio of 1.75:1.0 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS released '03/2025'. Cure for 24 hours at 23°C and then 24 hours at 70°C. 'Electrocement CEM1-SR3 - Dalmia SRPC'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22 and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WP-08-05 I', dated '22.08.2024'. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. 'Chromapoxy H.B.F.N.Paint Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'NCE/200', issue date '15.01.2014'. Cure for 7 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'AL 83275'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS-2025-AL83275-REV00', dated '03.07.2025'. Cure for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'Resicoat PI Brown'. Factory applied, brown coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated March 4, 2020. Post-cure for 20 minutes@210°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Hempaline Defend 630LT'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix base and cure agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's PDS dated November 2024. Cure for 3 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'TS2160'. Factory applied, grey coloured, enamel coating intended to line glass fused steel tanks. Apply two coats as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'AQ 10 07 Rev.1'. 'Epilux 610 T Primer for use with Epilux 155 SF Topcoat'. Factory applied, white coloured (once applied) two-part epoxy coating. The topcoat can also be used alone, without the primer. 'Epilux 610 T Primer’ comprises of a base & hardener to be mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio and then applied as per manufacturer's TDS 'SEPTEMBER 2018 VERSION 1'. Cure for 16 hours@25°C – 28°C, 60%±10% RH. 'Epilux 155 SF Topcoat' comprises of a base & hardener to be mixed in a 4:1 volume ratio and then applied as manufacturer's TDS 'SEPTEMBER 2018 VERSION 1'. 'L-01 GP Blue-grey Enamel'. Factory applied, blue-grey coloured Enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Version: 01', dated '2025-01-02'. ‘BSS R/G System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘BSS Red and BSS Grey’. ‘BSS Red’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘BSS Grey’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. 'JSAW-JAL (Blue Epoxy GPC)'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s Work Instructions ‘JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/W1-16’, version ‘4.0’, effective date ’01.08.2025’. Cure for 12 hours @30°C.
