For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ZHR‐SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2025.8.27'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Ecocoat FBE Green Powder PFC/6018 (RAL 6018)& Ecocoat FBE Red Oxide Powder PFC/3000-Red Oxide'. Factory applied, green or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet revised ‘1st Jan, 2024’. Cure for 3 minutes at a metal temperature of 230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. ‘Eurokote® 48-20 Brun Rouge’. Factory applied, red coloured, two-part epoxy coating. ‘Eurokote® 48-20 Ivoirine’ was added to the approval in March 2026. Factory applied, white coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix resin and hardener in a 2.13:1 mass ratio and apply as manufacturer's TDS dated '10/12/2024'. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Epilux 610 T Primer for use with Epilux 155 SF Topcoat'. Factory applied, white coloured (once applied) two-part epoxy coating. The topcoat can also be used alone, without the primer. 'Epilux 610 T Primer’ comprises of a base & hardener to be mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio and then applied as per manufacturer's TDS 'SEPTEMBER 2018 VERSION 1'. Cure for 16 hours@25°C – 28°C, 60%±10% RH. 'Epilux 155 SF Topcoat' comprises of a base & hardener to be mixed in a 4:1 volume ratio and then applied as manufacturer's TDS 'SEPTEMBER 2018 VERSION 1'. Cure for 7 days@25°C – 28°C, 60%±10% RH. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the RH, mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'L-01 GP Blue-grey Enamel'. Factory applied, blue-grey coloured Enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Version: 01', dated '2025-01-02'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C and then fire for 10 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing/firing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘BSS R/G System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘BSS Red and BSS Grey’. ‘BSS Red’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘BSS Grey’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet ‘BSS-D0003’, dated ‘2025-09-16’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Corro Coat EP-F1003HW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated '31 July 2018'. Cure for 4 minutes@245°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JSAW-JAL (Blue Epoxy GPC)'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s Work Instructions ‘JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/W1-16’, version ‘4.0’, effective date ’01.08.2025’. Cure for 12 hours @30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL(BFSC-CEMIII/A)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Blast Furnace Slag Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Work Instructions ‘JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/WI-11’, ‘Version 4.0’, ‘Effective Date 01.08.2025’. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'FGB15A -White, FGB15A -21364A Grey & FGB15A -21404A Grey'. ISOPOL modified, white or grey coloured brush Gelcoats. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '04/11/2022'. Cure for 120 minutes@18°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. '9001 Black High Chlorinated Polyethylene Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/IFU 'number: 001', 'First Edition', revision date 'March 20, 2025'. Cure for 60 minutes@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Ever-Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Spray apply coating when substrate is at a temperature of between 180°C & 190°C as per manufacturer's TDS '20200801 A2', dated '09-10-2025'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BSS-LM'. Factory applied, white coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'File no. BSS-LM-D0001', 'Date: 9.20.2025'. Cure for 10 minutes@190°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SC3 Blue PTFE Coating'. Blue coloured, factory applied, PTFE coating intended to coat 'O' rings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-007 issue 1' dated 11/02/2020. For use with water up to 85°C.

Mix parts A & B of EPACRETE EPAPOX 25 in a 100:50 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturers TDS 01.140317. Cure for 4 hours@25°C. 'VPC5022 Signal Blue FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to 200°C and dip apply coating in a fluidised bed as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'VPC5022', 'Revision: 1', dated '3 November 2025'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'VPC8001 Gloss Black FBE'. Factory applied, black coloured Epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to 200°C and dip apply coating in a fluidised bed as per Product Data Sheet 'VPC8001', 'Revision: 1', dated '3 November 2025'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Abcite® 1060 DW Blue & Abcite® X60 DW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured thermoplastic powder coatings applied by dipping in a fluidised bed. Pre-heat substrate the coating is to be applied to for 12 minutes@280°C and apply as per manufacturer’s Application Guide ‘Version 04.05.2015’ (Abcite® 1060 DW Blue) or Technical Data Sheet ‘11/2023’ (Abcite® X60 DW Blue). Post-heat for 5 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the pre-heat and post-heat conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-heat conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YHR-GFS Enamel'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Enamel coating. Mix enamel powder with water in a ratio of 7:3 and apply two coats as per manufacturer's TDS 'YHRGFS2504', version 'V0', dated '2025/3/27'. Cure for 20 minutes@120°C and fire for 10 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & firing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Fusion Bonded Epoxy (IMP-FBE) Cobalt Blue RAL 5013'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 200°C and spray apply one coat at 120°C as per manufacturer's TDS 'YHRFBE2504', version 'V0'. dated '2025/3/27'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BFSC MAS S&MDN 25'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:2.35:0.45 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'SGMAS20111012-01', dated '2011.10.12'. Cure for 19 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ascent-02 Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'Ascent02-2511', dated '2025.11.25'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'GDPA PermaCoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied) coating system comprising of a Yellow Zinc Primer and Polyamide top coat. Apply one coat of Yellow Zinc as per work instructions 'PR/WI/01', revision '00', dated '22/11/2017', plating for 45 minutes@30°C. Apply one coat of top coat as per work instructions 'BR/WI/01', revision '00', dated '29/10/2010' and cure for 30 minutes@215°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the plating and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'BAJ0002'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat substrate for 30 minutes@200°C and apply in accordance with manufacturer's Product Instructions 'Version-01 202426 September'. 'XX-CM1'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand, and water in a volume ratio of 1:2.0:0.4 and apply as per manufacturer's safety data sheet 'A1: 26-01-2020'. Cure for 5 hours@30°C and then steam cure for 6 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Nitomortar TC2000'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed and applied) epoxy resin sealing compound. The material is supplied in pre-weighed quantities (60% base, 40% hardener), to be applied in accordance with manufacturer's instructions 'FO SA/NITOMORTAR TC2000/0110/19'. ‘SIGMAPRIME 700 HSV’ (yellow/green) Primer for use with ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 650’ (green) Coating. Factory applied, teal green coloured (once applied), two-component epoxy coating system (manufactured in PPG SSC Co., Ltd. in Ulsan, South Korea). Mix parts A & B of ‘SIGMAPRIME 700 HSV’ (yellow/green) Primer in an 80:20 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Ref. P757’, dated ‘February 20 2025 (Revision of February 10 2025)’. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. Mix parts A & B of ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 650’ (green) Coating in an 80:20 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Ref. 7443’, dated ‘March 18 2025 (Revision of December 13 2024)’.
