This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'THERMOLAST K TF5WHA, TF6WHB, TF6WHA, TF7WHB, TF7WHA, TF8WHB & TF8WHA'. Injection moulded, natural (appears off-white translucent) TPE materials with a shore hardness of between 55 and 85. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. The materials may be coloured using one, or any combination of, the following Kraiburg pigments (up to and including the maximum level included): Black (maximum level 3%). White (maximum level 2%). Blue (maximum level 2%). Orange (maximum level 2%). Yellow 1 (maximum level 2%). Yellow 2 (maximum level 2%). Yellow 3 (maximum level 2%). Green (maximum level 2%). Red 1 (maximum level 2%). Red 2 (maximum level 2%). Brown (maximum level 2%). For use with water up to 65°C.
Single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated by via an infra-red sensor. The inlet to the solenoid incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. The product is supplied with a stainless-steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly for installation between the solenoid valve and the tap body. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator with built in flow regulator. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
