Factory applied, teal green coloured (once applied), two-component epoxy coating system (manufactured by PPG Coatings (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. in Kunshan, China). Mix parts A & B of ‘SIGMAPRIME 200’ (yellow/Green) Primer in an 80:20 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Ref. 7416’, dated ‘June 06 2025 (Revision of May 01 2025)’. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. Mix parts A & B of ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 650’ (green) Coating in an 80:20 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Ref. 7443’, dated ‘March 18 2025 (Revision of December 13 2024)’. Cure for 5 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LOCTITE® EA 3478™'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 7.25:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 'November 2016'. Cure for 24 hours@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. his material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Unitec 500 Pro'. Off-white coloured NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C.
