This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Transpoxy Guard 472'. Factory applied, two-part, creamy white coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 'January 2017'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM Sulphate Resisting Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.0:2.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '004', dated '2023.02.01'. Air cure for 4 hours at 23°C and the vapour cure for 6 hours at 60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM5 Blast Furnace Slag Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.0:2.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '002', dated '2023.02.01'. Air cure for 4 hours at 23°C and the vapour cure for 6 hours at 60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikafloor® P 649 and Sikalastic® M 649 Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply Sikafloor® P 649 primer as per Product Data Sheet ‘MBS_CC-UAE/Sl_P_649_04_24’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. 'PM6/35/7153'. Factory applied, grey coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet RTU version '01-2018'. Cure for 8 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'PP8000 M62091'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet version '01-2018'. Cure for 7 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'JERLAC Solventless Epoxy Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component Epoxy coating. Mix Base:Curing Agent in a 2:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference 'BN434', dated '24/07/2023', revision '00'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Wanan brand WA F 501'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per 'Wanan Industry Group Co., Ltd.' TDS 'WATDS20200801a' dated 'Aug. 1, 2020'. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'E0-850-5210-001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per 'Ziac Trattamenti Metallici SNC' instructions 'nr.01, rev.00, issue 01' dated 01/082016. Cure for 30 minutes@210°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MS 520B'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ref. PRO PR 15 Gi 01 UK' dated April 04, 2024. Cure for 10 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190'. Factory applied, blue coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 21 days@23°C. Between April 2024 and July 2024, the paint is for use with water up to 50°C. From August 2024 the paint is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM - CZL8579'. Factory applied, black coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated July 2018. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'NAVCOAT-001 HT'. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen based paint. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'NCB/001', issue date '12.07.2023'. Cure 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Loctite EA 109'. Factory applied, grey/beige coloured, heat cured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS for Loctite ESP109 (product has changed name) dated July 2007. Cure for 2 hours@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Loctite PC 7255 GN (Green) coating for use with Bonderite M-NT 1455-W primer'. Factory applied, green coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. In June 2025 ‘LOCTITE PC 7255 GY (Grey) coating for use with BONDERITE M-NT 1455 Primer-W Coating’ was added to the approval. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. Prime the surface to be coated with the Bonderite primer wipe. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated October 2016. Cure for 7 days@23°C at 45% relative humidity. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Balinit Milubia'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two layered coating system consisting of a titanium bottom layer & diamond like coating top layer. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions '080224' dated 08-Feb-2024. No curing required. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Endoprene® 85-20’. Factory applied, two component, beige coloured, solvent free polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated '09/09/2019'. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HY/NG' dated '2023-06-02'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PM6/35/7623 Vitreous Enamel Coating. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply and fire as per manufacturer's datasheet dated '01-2018' For use with water up to 85°C.
'18521 Kanepox Lining Free Blue for use with Kanepox Hardener 0362'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), epoxy coating for use with Polyamine hardener. Mix 18521 Kanepox Lining Free Blue & Kanepox Hardener 0362 in a 3.5:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet ‘Rev. No. 11’ dated February 2018. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'MY-5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's user manual 'rev: 1.0' dated 01/01/2018. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Jotapipe IL 6001-120S'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s TDS dated 22nd August 2018. Cure for 35 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Edelpoxy FN TM 142'. Factory coloured, red coloured epoxy resin coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'PCC/ PC 142', dated '10.07.2018'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VPC5015 Sky Blue FBE'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded, epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the surface to be coated to 200°C for 5 minutes and dip in a fluidised bed of powder coating as per manufacturer's data sheet 'VPC5015, revision 5' dated '25 January 2023'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Sigmaguard CSF 585'. Factory applied, light blue coloured two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base & hardener in a volume ratio of 77.5:22.5 and apply as manufacturer's Product Data Sheet '7785', revised May 31, 2022. Cure for 15 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sigmaline 523'. Factory applied, two-component, yellow coloured or red/brown coloured epoxy coatings. Mix and apply in accordance with Product Data Sheet ref. 7623 dated February 4, 2021. Cure for 3 days@23°C. The red-brown coloured coating is for use with water up to 60°C. Between June 2024 and March 2025, the yellow-coloured coating is for use with water up to 23°C. Between April 2025 and June 2029, the yellow-coloured coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SMS EPX-02 Solvent Free Epoxy Coating and Hardener'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), epoxy coating for use with Polyamine hardener. 'Luberpox-2K-DS-Lackfarbe IV17'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix coating and hardener in a weight ratio of 4:1 or volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '01 – 11.06.2024'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'Truform Cement OPC 43 Grade'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement:sand in a weight ratio of 2:1 and add 0.5 litres of water. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TTPL/SOP/MCD/03', revision '00', dated 01.04.2018. Cure for 24 hours@27°C followed by 7 days@85°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Witcoat SF Epoxy Red Primer. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet '15.09.2023 Rev No.: 00'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. '61300 EPOXY TB BT BLEU 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Spray apply as per manufacturers TDS dated '15/2/2019'. Cure for 20 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SMS-FBE-Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s TDS 'Document Code 53', 'Publication No 5', dated 01.03.2024. Cure for 35 minutes@200°C. ‘BFSC Foug SDN’. Factory applied, grey coloured, blast furnace slag cement intended to line pipes.
