Permanent filling/ pressurisation device for primary heating and chilled water closed circuits in domestic and non-domestic premises. The mains and closed circuit system pressures are continuously checked by two pressure sensors and their differential monitored by microprocessors. In the event of a fall in system pressure, and only if the mains pressure is adequate, a solenoid valve operates to allow water into the system. At all other times a second solenoid valve drains the fill chamber to waste, via tundish (meeting the requirements of an air gap to drain), and allowing air to be admitted via an automatic air vent to create an atmospheric disconnection across the transfer chamber. Maximum working pressure 6.0 Bar. Cold water use only.
Range of pressure transmitters with stainless steel bodies. Maximum working pressure 10.0 to 200.0 bar (please refer to model). Maximum operating temperature 100°C.
Range of brass (chrome plated) quick fit connectors. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of multistage pumps with brass suction and discharge bodies, stainless steel housing, shaft and impeller, and EPDM ‘O’-rings and seals. Maximum working pressure: 6.0 bar (46553 - Stuart CH 4-30 & 46554 - Stuart CH 4-40 models) or 9.0 bar (46555 - Stuart CH 4-50 &46556 - Stuart CH 4-60 models). Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of booster pumps with stainless steel bodies, plastic impellers, and NBR ‘O’-rings. The products incorporate a temperature sensor, pressure sensor, pressure vessel and a non-return valve integral to the pump chamber. Maximum working pressure 6.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
