‘POD’ range of indirect and direct heat interface units providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The heat transfer is generated via plate heat exchangers. The domestic hot water (DHW) circuit incorporates an adjustable temperature mixing valve. The indirect models incorporate an expansion vessel (on the CW inlet of the DHW circuit) and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar (on the space heating circuit). The indirect models only are supplied with a temporary filling loop, which comprises of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and a lever operated spherical valve for connection to the primary circuit. The angled cold water inlet incorporates an isolation valve and a branch to connect to the filling loop, which includes a double check valve assembly (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Maximum working pressure for indirect units: Primary circuit: 16.0 bar. Space heating: 2.5 bar. Secondary circuit (DHW): 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressure for direct units: Primary circuit: 10.0 bar. Space heating: 10.0 bar. Secondary circuit (DHW): 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature for domestic hot water 65°C. Maximum operating temperature for central heating and primary circuit 85°C.
Range of wall mounted, gas-fired, condensing combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger. The pressurised central heating system incorporates an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. The inlets to the domestic hot water and primary circuits each have a screwdriver operated angled spherical valve. Both include a ½” BSP (M) connection for a filling link. The Greenstar CDi models only are supplied with an integral charging link (CAB device) verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit is 2.5 bar. Maximum working pressure of the secondary circuit is 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature of primary circuit is 82°C. Maximum operating temperature of secondary circuit is 60°C.
Hydraulic block assembly comprising of a flow regulator, central heating pump assembly and a stainless-steel plate heat exchanger. Maximum working pressures: DHW circuit: 10.0 Bar Central heating circuit: 2.5 Bar Maximum operating temperature: DHW Circuit: 65.0°C Central heating circuit: 90.0°C
Range of commercial ice making machines with flow controlled via solenoid valve. Maximum working pressure 8 bar. Cold water use.
Range of water meters with blue epoxy coated iron bodies and EPDM ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
