Back To Directory Sections'Ascent-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Portland cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'doc: Ascent-01', 'vision: A08052023', dated '2023-05-08'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'Preparation and Curing Conditions' instructions reference 'ZX-9-1', dated '2024/02/26'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SYM-218'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 4.3:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'XYJSMS001' dated '2023-01-10'. Cure for 168 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
KARUMEL EX4413-F103. Factory applied, fusion bonded, epoxy powder coating available in blue or red. Apply and cure in accordance with 'Application Guide KARUMEL EX4413-F103', issue 'KCSA-230201', dated February 2023, (curing as per Section 3.6). For use with water up to 85°C.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01'. Factory applied, blue coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04', version '4', dated '16/11/2022'. Cure for 30 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
