For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'POKETONE’ range of natural (appears light brown), grey and black, injection moulded Polyketone materials. For use with water up to 85°C. 'M(a)3FG(b)A-NP0, M(a)3FG(b)A-GY(c), M(a)3FG(b)A-BK(c)'. (a) indicates the MI(g/min) or viscosity of its neat resin and is replaced with: 9 = 150~250, 3 = 40~80, 6 - 4~8 or 7 = 2~4. (b) indicates the content of glass fibre and is replaced numbers between 1 & 9 (9 indicating the maximum of 50%). NP0 indicates natural material, GY indicates grey material & BK indicates black material. (c) can indicate a random product number of each grade OR the ratio of carbon black and is replaced with numbers between 0 & 9.

For use with PE-X pipe (manufactured to BS7291-3), BPB pipe (manufactured to BS7291-2) and copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). The temperature is controlled via a single lever operating member on the body. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
