'Isoryl A 20 90 GF20 W NA'. Beige coloured, injection moulded PPO material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'9711/2 Black'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.88mm & 2.85mm. Between October 2021 and July 2022, the components were for use with water up to 23°C. Between August 2022 and October 2026, the components are for use with water up to 85°C.
'EWDRI 50, EWDRI 55, EWDRI 60, EWDRI 65, EWDRI 70 & EWDRI 80'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 0.69mm. 'EWDRI 50' is for use with water up to 70°C. 'EWDRI 55, EWDRI 60, EWDRI 65, EWDRI 70 & EWDRI 80' are for use with water up to 60°C.
'Phardite D31'. Brown coloured, extruded hard/natural rubber material. Shore hardness 78. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'7PD1612 washers'. Black coloured, extruded NBR rubber washers. Tested in-radius size 1.4mm. Shore hardness 70. '7PD1612 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber `O` rings. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. Shore hardness 70. Both for use with water up to 60°C.
'Loctite® AA 326 with Loctite® SF 7649™ Activator'. Loctite® AA 326 is an amber coloured, liquid anaerobic adhesive and Loctite® SF 7649™ is a green coloured, liquid activator. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated December 2013. Cure 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tangit PVC-U Plus'. Light yellow (straw) coloured, solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Tangit PVC-U PLUS TDS 070917 EN'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Range of wall mounted electric showers (various finishes). The GSD/BETTER models incorporate a solenoid valve controlling the flow, which includes a combined plastic and stainless steel strainer and a plastic flow regulator on its inlet. The GSM/DSK/ENTRY models incorporate a manually operated push button valve controlling the flow and plastic strainer on the inlet. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 53°C. Cold supply only.
A range of single-hole, single outlet (fixed (model 62816) or swivel (models 63407)) electronically controlled tap assemblies with brass bodies in various finishes (see models). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor and a ceramic cartridge with a single lever operating members controlling both the flow and temperature for all models excluding 62816, which uses a mixer to control the temperature only with a single lever operating member. The spout outlets incorporate plastic aerators. All models (excluding 63407) incorporate a separate approved check valve cartridge on the inlet, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), The inlets of all models incorporate stainless steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar Maximum working temperature 60°C.
