'51616 – E40, 51616 – E50, 51616 – E60, 51616 – E70 & 51616 – E80'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 40 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'NBR 70.10-17 'O' rings and gaskets'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR 'O' rings and gaskets. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.5mm & 2.6mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'kSil PL60 Translucent'. Off-white coloured (translucent), silicone rubber material which is extruded onto the calendar. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.05mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Loctite SI 5331 (known as 'Loctite 5331')'. White coloured silicone thread sealant. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet ‘reference 1.7’ dated May 2014. Cure for 96 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
