'RBL-9200-20, RBL-9200-30, RBL-9200-40, RBL-9200-50, RBL-9200-60, RBL-9200-65 & RBL-9200-70'. Transparent, colourless injection moulded silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness between 20 & 70. Tested in-radii size between 0.75mm & 2.89mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Weld-on 717 ECO Grey'. Grey coloured solvent cement. ‘Weld-On 746 ECO Pool Blue PVC Cement’ was added to the approval in September 2025. Apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet and cure for 24 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 40°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘THERMOLAST DW Compound series (DW/CS2)’. Natural (appears white), injection moulded TPE-S materials. The materials can be coloured and include the following grades: DW(1)OCX-(2): (1) – for "0" to "8" indicating hardness: DW5OCX-(2) (55 ShA). DW6OCX-(2) (65 ShA). DW7OCX-(2) (75 ShA). DW8OCX-(2) (85 ShA). DW0OCX-(2) (35 ShD). (2) - Extension of 4 digits indicating colour. The four digits stands for this: LCNT -> natural material without colour. All other numbers depends on colour. The first digit of the 4 digit colour code indicates the ground colour: 1 = yellow, 2 = orange, 3 = red, 4 = violet, 5 = blue, 6 = green, 7 = grey, 8 = brown & 9 = white or black. The other digits of the 4 digit colour code, indicates the particular shade. For use with water up to 85°C.
