Apply one coat of Yellow Zinc as per work instructions 'PR/WI/01', revision '00', dated '22/11/2017', plating for 45 minutes@30°C. Apply one coat of top coat as per work instructions 'BR/WI/01', revision '00', dated '29/10/2010' and cure for 30 minutes@215°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the plating and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the plating and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BAJ0002'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat substrate for 30 minutes@200°C and apply in accordance with manufacturer's Product Instructions 'Version-01 202426 September'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the application and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM1'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand, and water in a volume ratio of 1:2.0:0.4 and apply as per manufacturer's safety data sheet 'A1: 26-01-2020'. Cure for 5 hours@30°C and then steam cure for 6 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Super Poxy 505TL'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component Epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 100:20 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '2026.01.14'. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Nitomortar TC2000'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed and applied) epoxy resin sealing compound. The material is supplied in pre-weighed quantities (60% base, 40% hardener), to be applied in accordance with manufacturer's instructions 'FO SA/NITOMORTAR TC2000/0110/19'. Cure for 7 days@25°C and 55% humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NP TANK 500 PW'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ration and apply two coats as per manufacturer's TDS '0724'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JA-Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat substrate to 40°C and then spray apply as per manufacturer's instructions issued ‘March 2017, V4.1’. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘SIGMAPRIME 700 HSV’ (yellow/green) Primer for use with ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 650’ (green) Coating. Factory applied, teal green coloured (once applied), two-component epoxy coating system (manufactured in PPG SSC Co., Ltd. in Ulsan, South Korea). Mix parts A & B of ‘SIGMAPRIME 700 HSV’ (yellow/green) Primer in an 80:20 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Ref. P757’, dated ‘February 20 2025 (Revision of February 10 2025)’. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. Mix parts A & B of ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 650’ (green) Coating in an 80:20 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Ref. 7443’, dated ‘March 18 2025 (Revision of December 13 2024)’. Cure for 5 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘SIGMAPRIME 200’ (yellow/Green) Primer for use with ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 650’ (green) Coating.
