Where catalysts are required, only tested catalysts in the recommended concentrations should be used. Manufacturer's advice must be sought if any non standard mixing or curing conditions are being considered.

Mix parts A (light grey, opaque liquid) and B (white, opaque liquid) in a volume ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Ref:10139', 'Issue Date:8/21/2017'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'VETOPROOF EC720'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 84.8:15.2 weight ratio and apply three coats as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'MoS-SA-G1104-M-AK-09-23', dated '18 September 2023'. Cure first coat for 24 hours at 23°C, second coat for 24 hours at 23°C and third coat for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. ‘Nitcote CM 210’. Site applied, two-part, grey coloured (once applied), Cementitious Waterproofing coating. Mix ‘CM 210 white’ liquid polymer and ‘CM 210 grey’ powder in a 1:3.6 weight ratio and apply two coats as per manufacturer's TDS 'UAE/0210/23/Z-1'. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours@35°C and Coat 2 for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Nitocote EP 405’. Site applied, two-part,white coloured epoxy based Waterproofing coating. Mix 3.1 litres of the base with 0.9 litres of hardener and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘UAE/0228/22/K’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (dark grey, opaque paste) with Part B (light grey, opaque paste) in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturers IFU ’02-07-23’. Cure for 1 day@30°C or 5 days at 5 °C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Belzona 1331'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. First coat: Mix Belzona 1331 (white, opaque paste) parts A & B in a weight ratio of 2.2:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s IFU ’06-03-19’. Cure for 6-8 hours@10°C or 3-4 hours@30°C then apply: Second coat: Mix Belzona 1331 (grey, opaque paste) parts A & B in a weight ratio of 2.2:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s IFU ’06-03-19’. Cure in accordance with manufacturer’s IFU ’06-03-19’, ‘Completion of the Molecular Reaction’ table, ‘Full mechanical/thermal loading or water immersion’. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Belzona 5811DW2 (grey)'. Grey coloured, site applied, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (grey, opaque glossy paste) with Part B (orange, transparent liquid) in a 4:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s IFU ’16-03-19’. Cure for 4 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Coating System’. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied), two-part epoxy coating. The primer comprises of ‘Corroless EPF (2022) Primer Base Red’ and ‘Corroless EPF (2022) Buff Temperate Hardener’, to be mixed in a 1:1 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturer’s TDS issued ‘June 2024’. Cure for 24 hours at 10°C. The coating comprises of ‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Base 00-A-01 Portland’ and ‘Corroless RF35 (2024) Hardener’, to be mixed in 5.5:1 weight ratio and applied as per manufacturer’s TDS issued ‘June 2024’. Cure for 7 days at 10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MC-PROOF 4200 AE'. Site applied, cream coloured (once mixed), two-component urethane based coating. Mix Part A (amber liquid) with Part B (amber liquid) in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 07.10.2025. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
