Cure for 4 hours@45°C then cure in open air for 28 days@33-39°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Ramco Ordinary Portland Cement’. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.7:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/001', DATED '09.06.2025'. Cure for 4 hours@45°C then cure in open air for 28 days@33-39°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'TML Sagar Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/005', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PROTEGOL EP Coating 32-99. Factory applied, two-component, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix Component A (resin) with Component B (hardener) in a volume ratio of 1.75:1.0 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS released '03/2025'. Cure for 24 hours at 23°C and then 24 hours at 70°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JDFF-OPC-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:2:0.50 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturers Work Instruction 'WI-Pc-01-5', 'Issue #: 5 Revision #: 1', dated '10.01.2025'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
EUROKOTE® 711.92BF bleu 5012, EUROKOTE® 711.92BF bleu 5015, EUROKOTE® 711.92BF bleu 5005 CR, EUROKOTE® 711.92BF bleu 5005 & EUROKOTE® 711.92BF bleu 5017. EUROKOTE® 711.92BF noir 9005. EUROKOTE® 711.92 bleu 5012, EUROKOTE® 711.92 bleu 5015, EUROKOTE® 711.92 bleu 5005, EUROKOTE® 711.92 bleu 5005 CR & EUROKOTE® 711.92 bleu 5017. EUROKOTE® 711.92 noir 9005. 'Endolac® 245.10'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Version edit: 17/04/2024'. Cure for 7 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Chromapoxy H.B.F.N.Paint Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'NCE/200', issue date '15.01.2014'. Cure for 7 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EVER CM-4'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mix sand, cement and water in a 40:20:40 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet 'Revision: A1', dated '2023-11-15'. Cure for 4 hours at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AL 83275'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS-2025-AL83275-REV00', dated '03.07.2025'. Cure for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
