‘ARC S2 (E)’. Factory applied, two component epoxy ceramic coatings, available in green and grey colours. Mix, apply and cure in accordance with Application Instructions '085031EU' dated 01/25. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that are included in Application Instructions '085031EU' dated 01/25. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified in these instructions then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JERLAC Two Pack Epoxy Beige-740'. Factory applied, two-part, beige coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet issue number '01', dated '10.01.2024'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW– JAL (OPC-TICL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix sand, cement & water in a 1.5:1.0:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JSL/QA/PR-06', version '2.0', dated '15.02.20'. Cure for 27 days@21°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (SRPC-DCL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate resistant Portland Cement. Mix sand, cement & water in a 1.5:1.0:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'JSL/QA/PR-06', version '2.0', dated '15.02.20'. Cure for 27 days@21°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Electrocement CEM I-SR3 – Parasakti SRPC)'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 0.6 : 1.0 : 0.22 mass ratio and apply as per work instructions 'WP-08-05 I', issue '04', rev. '0' dated '22.08.2024. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Hempadur 35530 System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320) and Hempadur 35530 grey (10500)’. ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘Hempadur 35530 grey (10500)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated October 2024. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Dyopox PTW Red'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet 'R3 issued 2024'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
